BMW F800GS (also fits F650GS twin)

The Ralle-Moto Steering Damper for the F800GS and F650GS uses an
under-the-handlebar mounting system.  It's made from the highest quality
billet 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized black.

This kit is fully bolt-on with no major modifications to your bike.  There's no cutting, grinding or welding to the frame, or the need to reroute any cables.  The kit has detailed instructions. It took us about 65 minutes to install, working in our garage with simple Proxxon hand tools.

Most after market handguards can be retained. If you have a BMW Navigation System mounted on the handlebar pinch clamps, you'll need to modify those mounts because the pinch clamps are different.

The F800GS is a serious off-road adventure bike and riding on rough ground is what the bike was built to do.  Riding the rough means your front wheel will be coming into unexpected contact with ruts, sand, rocks, roots, etc. The Damper prevents the wheel from deflecting off these obstacles, which means you maintain control of the bike.
